Construction Timeline

Here’s our best guess as to what you can expect going forward:

  • 2024: Planning, design, and approvals (Completed).
  • Winter 2024: Initial site work and grading (Completed).
  • Spring 2025: New outdoor patio construction (Completed).
  • Summer/Fall 2025: Navigated unexpected permitting delays (Completed).
  • January 2026: Site preparation and foundation work (Completed).
  • March 2026: Building structure (Completed).
  • April 2026: Exterior walls, roofing, windows, and doors (In progress).
  • May 2026: Electrical, plumbing, and interior construction (In progress).
  • July 2026: Interior design and drywall.
  • August 2026: Parking lot updates and exterior finishing
  • August 2026: Final interior finishes and setup
  • Late Summer 2026: Grand opening of our expanded showroom
